Appointment Cancellation Policy

Once a session is scheduled between the client and Flow Aquatic Wellness, LLC it is the client’s responsibility to either attend the scheduled session or provide Flow Aquatic Wellness, LLC with at least twenty-four hours (24 hours) notice of cancellation. If the client cancels less than twenty-four hours prior to the session or cancels more than 3 times within a 6 week period regardless of notice, the client shall be responsible for payment of all sessions. Exceptions may only be made at discretion of therapist/trainer.
